- Complete outside package (except for disposable package), accessories, label tag are required for a refund or exchange. Used, damaged or label tag missed items cannot be refunded or exchanged per our rules;
- Item’s poor quality caused by unauthorized repair, misuse, crash, carelessness, abuse, accident, alteration or incorrect installation and so on cannot be refunded or exchanged per our rules;
- Those refund or exchange requests not caused by item’s quality, you shall bear all shipping costs;
- Refund or exchange requests cannot be executed if you were not contacted with our Customer Service Representatives (hereinafter referred to as “CSR”) in advance;
- Refund or exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of your order reception.
- We guarantee 100% actual photography for items sold on our site, however, the lamplight and different computer screens might cause the chromatic aberration, this will not be judged as poor quality;
- Generally speaking, one order can only makes one request for refund or exchange, in order to guarantee your rights and interests, please contact our CSR after your comprehensive consideration;
- If refund requests qualified and processed by our CSR, you shall return back the special offers or free gifts (if applicable) together with item you want to refunded;
If the submitted refund or exchange requests are not caused by our part (for example, not poor quality, item not corresponds with description, or mis-shipped)
a) For Free Shipping commodities, you will only bear the return back shipping cost;
b) For Non Free Shipping commodities, you shall bear go-and-back shipping costs;
- If item damaged during the shipping course, we will bear all shipping costs for return and exchange, however, buyers shall offer item’s photos to our CSR.
